Introduction about All India Forum of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities AIFORERA
The All-India Forum of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (AIFORERA) is a collaborative platform of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERAs) across India, established to strengthen the implementation of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. AIFORERA works towards promoting transparency, accountability, efficiency, and uniformity in the regulation of the real estate sector. It serves as a national forum for cooperation, knowledge sharing, policy discussion, and coordination among State and Union Territory RERAs to ensure better protection of homebuyers and sustainable growth of the real estate industry.
